Granite State Food & Leadership Alliance
Launching in southern New Hampshire · built to scale

Healthy food, thriving local farms, and the leaders to sustain both.

We connect local farmers with the restaurants, schools, and institutions that feed the community — widening access to healthy food where it's hardest to get, while strengthening small farms and food businesses and growing the leaders who keep it going.

What we're building

Two sides of one system, held together: connect local farmers with the businesses and institutions that can buy from them, so fresh produce and meat reach communities where healthy food is hard to get — and grow the local leaders, farms, and small food businesses that keep those pathways running. We start in southern New Hampshire and build to replicate anywhere. Underneath it all is a promise most organizations won't make — radical financial transparency.

Most nonprofits report their finances once a year, in a document almost no one reads. We do the opposite. Our books are live and public, so anyone — a neighbor, a donor, a skeptic, a reporter — can see exactly where the money goes, anytime, without asking.

Our programs, as we grow

We're starting small and founder-funded — in southern New Hampshire first — building each piece in the open.

Local Food Pathways

Connect local farmers with restaurants, schools, and institutions — steadier markets for small farms, fresher food for the community.

Community Food Equity Hub

Fresh-food distribution, culturally responsive nutrition education, and regenerative micro-gardening — meeting people where they are.

Leadership & Sense-Making Cohort

A 12-week program training residents as community food-system navigators who keep local sourcing running.

Business Durability

Help small farms and food businesses build the systems to grow, stabilize, or pass down to the next generation.

Community Sunday Dinners

Partner with shelters, churches, and community organizations to host shared Sunday dinners — putting locally grown food on the table and building belonging alongside access.
